The Ohio “Fairness” Act

The so-called Ohio “Fairness” Act would make sexual orientation and gender identity protected classes, opening up business leaders to frivolous and harmful lawsuits. This dangerous law would require all businesses allow biological men in women’s private spaces, including bathrooms, locker rooms, and changing rooms.
